We’re excited to once again team up with our friends at Purolator for their Tackle Hunger campaign—now in its 3rd year! Thanks to our very own FirePower member, Carolina Rey, we’re coming together to help stock the shelves of the Milton Food Bank with as many non-perishable food donations as possible. Everything collected stays right here in our local community.
Step 1: Grab a Bag
Pick up a red bag at FirePower, or watch for the 6,000 bags Purolator will be dropping off around Milton starting Saturday, September 14. Don’t stress if you don’t get a red one—any bag works!
Step 2: Fill It Up
Load your bag with non-perishable items and either:
Purolator trucks will collect everything that morning. If you miss pick-up, simply bring your filled bag back to FirePower and we’ll make sure it gets delivered.
The food bank is especially in need of:
🐾 Don’t forget furry friends! Dog & cat food, pet treats, or kitty litter are also welcome.
