Why Do an In-House Competition?
Still on the fence? Here are a few reasons why in-house comps are one of the best experiences at FirePower:
- Train with Purpose: Having a date on the calendar gives your workouts focus and motivation.
- Build Community: Competing alongside familiar faces strengthens friendships and gym culture.
- Challenge Yourself Safely: Push your limits in a supportive environment designed for all abilities.
No pressure, no ego — just great workouts and even better energy.
Not Competing? We’d Love Your Help!
If competing isn’t your thing, we’re always grateful for volunteers to help make the day run smoothly. From judging and equipment set-ups to logistics and tear-downs, there are plenty of ways to be part of the action and support your fellow members.
