Introducing FirePower Engine, a program designed to target aerobic capacity and fat burning through steady state capacity workouts and long distance rowing/biking and skiing.
Over 6 weeks we’ll focus on building athlete IQ on how to pace workouts, taking better approaches when tackling an erg piece of work within a workout, and create a broader base of fitness.
Starts November 10, 2022
Twice a week for 6 weeks.
Thursdays 8:30pm-9:30pm; Sundays 10:15am-11:30am.
Cost is $175 for 6 weeks.
Heart Rate monitors (Fitbit/whoop/farming/apple) suggested but not required.
