He is also a closet nerd & gamer and a auto-cad designer. He designed the entire layout for the current FirePower facility. Shane lives in Milton with his wife Julia and their 2 children.

Stuff you might not know: Born in the UK, Ashley pioneered the Health and Fitness industry by founding the first CrossFit gym in Greater China in 2010. He is the former owner of Reebok CrossFit Asphodel and a regional level athlete for the Asia-Pacific Region. In 2020 Ashley moved to Oakville and joined the FirePower community with his wife Milla and their 2 daughters Gemma & Freya.

Important stuff: Nickname is “Turtle”- a self-imposed name based on how slow she was in workouts when she first started. She is now a top level athlete and former member of RCFP's Regional CF Games Competitive team.

Stuff You Might Not Know: An undergraduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA and a Post Graduate Certificate from George Brown College in Sport & Event Marketing. He also owns and operates a DJ business under the name "J-Kutti", performing multiple nights a week in Waterloo. He is an avid snowboarder and street-mountain biker and a big fan of the Raptors. You can usually find him somewhere on the gym floor performing mobility movements.

Important stuff: Kim has been part of the FirePower coaching staff since 2008. Leading the growth and development of the CrossFit Foundations program, Kim has a keen passion for helping new people find a new life journey through CrossFit. She teaches CrossFit, Ignite, specialty programs and is experienced in half and full marathons, triathlons, and half irons.
Stuff you might not know: Kim is a mom of 3 teenagers and lives in Milton with her husband Randy. In 2010, Kim initiated the first CrossFit Camp for FirePower members, and grew it into the wildly successful "Fall Fit Womens Weekend" and beyond!
She is an inspirational speaker, an entrepreneur and has always wanted to be a mascot!!

Important stuff: , Brian, a original member of the FP coaching staff since 2008, is FirePower’s strength training guru. He leads the Strength Training specialty program and teaches various classes and personal training. He also is an expert on fitness and aging, as well as maintaining health through injury.
Brian has run both Toronto 1/2 and full marathon but his true love is trail running. He is also trained in Muay Thai and is a nutrition guru.
Stuff you might not know: Brian is a Staff Sergeant with Toronto Police Service (30 years). He is former Junior middleweight Mr. Nova Scotia @ 17yrs old! Now, at 50 years old, Brian is the fittest and strongest version of himself, and mentors others to maintain a lifelong love of health, fitness and nutrition.

Joyce coaches boxing classes, private trainings, and is a member of FirePower's Administrative team.
Stuff you might not know: A graduate of York University with a BSc in Kinesiology and Health Sciences who worked as a personal trainer before switching to Disability Insurance. She has many secret talents including making balloon animals and sewing.

Important stuff: Seanna officially joined the FirePower team in 2019. She coaches classes, foundations, and personal training. She also competes on behalf of FirePower at events such as BeachWOD, Wodapalooza, and the CanEast Games.
Stuff you might not know: Seanna played rugby at the University of Guelph, and coached the women's rugby team at Ohio State University in '04-'05. She is a certified veterinarian and owns a successful mobile small animal surgery practice. She is also a former competitive downhill ski racer!

Important stuff: Maria is a certified CrossFit Coach with a specialty in Youth Fitness. She combines her knowledge of CrossFit and training with teaching individuals the importance of healthy eating.

Important stuff: Matt is the Clinic Director of Physiomed Milton, located at the FirePower Campus. He works with all levels of clients from beginner to elite focusing on ensuring prehab and rehab clients find their way back to active exercise again.
Clients work with Matt and his team on injury prevention, muscle activation and strength development, proper movement patterns, mobility and more. The clinic also offers physiotherapy and chiropractic treatment.
