Led by experienced coaches, within a group setting, IGNITE is a 45 minute calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of clients. This is our own style of bootcamp.
With a proven combination of the best HIIT, Core and Functional Training, you will increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout customized to your level and your goals.
If you prefer your workouts to avoid heavy lifting of barbells and higher intensity wods of 'Full CrossFit' then we invite you to come to Ignite. Emphasis is on improved metabolism, fat burning and building cardio-endurance.
