Most nutrition challenges start with rules, restriction, and guilt. This one starts with energy, strength, and confidence.
If you’ve ever thought:
- “I train hard, but I’m still tired.”
- “I don’t want another diet, I want something sustainable.”
- “I know I could feel better, I just don’t know where to start.”
This challenge is for you.
The Add More Nutrition Challenge is designed for people who are tired of “starting over” with food and want something that actually fits real life and real training. Instead of cutting carbs, skipping meals, or chasing perfection, this challenge focuses on adding in the things your body truly needs to perform, recover, and feel good.
More fuel.
More consistency.
More awareness of what actually helps you train better and live better.
When athletes are under-fuelled, everything feels harder: workouts drag, recovery stalls, energy crashes hit mid-day, and motivation fades. This challenge helps you reconnect the dots between what you eat and how you feel, without extremes or overwhelm.
What makes this challenge different
This is not a diet. It’s a performance-first approach to nutrition that emphasizes:
- Fuelling performance, not shrinking your body
- Consistency over perfection
- Small, sustainable upgrades instead of drastic changes
- Habits you can realistically keep long after the 8 weeks
You’ll focus on adding quality nutrition and simple habits such as:
- Balanced meals that support training
- Adequate protein for strength and recovery
- Hydration that actually matches your activity level
- More fruits and vegetables without pressure or tracking overload
- Simple recovery and fueling routines that fit busy schedules
The goal isn’t “eating perfectly.”
The goal is feeling better in your workouts, recovering faster, and having more energy outside the gym.

The Big Picture
This challenge isn’t about willpower.
It’s about giving your body what it needs so training feels stronger, recovery feels faster, and life outside the gym feels easier.
Because when you add more fuel, you often get:
- Better workouts
- Better recovery
- Better energy
- Better long-term habits
And that’s a win that lasts well beyond 8 weeks.
